Webinars

Host sessions your clients and staff show up for.

Product demos, client education, onboarding sessions and all-staff town halls — with a registration page, a moderated Q&A and a recording you can send the people who missed it.

  • Registration and reminders
  • Moderated Q&A and polls
  • Recording and attendee reports

3CTel Webinars is a one-to-many broadcast format for training sessions, product launches, town halls and public information sessions. Hosts and panellists present while attendees watch and take part through moderated Q&A, chat and polls. Registration pages and confirmation emails are prepared in advance, sessions are recorded, and an attendee report with registration, attendance and poll results is available afterward. Capacity is sized during planning.

What changes for your business.

One session replaces twenty repeat calls

The walkthrough your team gives over and over becomes a scheduled session — and a recording clients can watch on their own time.

Fewer no-shows

A registration page collects who is coming, and automatic reminders go out before the session instead of living in someone’s calendar.

Questions get answered without chaos

Attendees submit questions to a moderation queue. A host picks what to answer aloud, so one loud voice does not run the hour.

You know who attended and who cared

Attendee reports show who registered, who joined, how long they stayed and which questions they asked — a follow-up list, not a guess.

Core capabilities.

Registration pages

A branded sign-up page with the fields you choose, a confirmation email and a calendar invite for each registrant.

Automatic reminders

Reminder emails before the session and a join link that works from a browser, so nobody hunts for software at start time.

Presenters and panellists

Separate roles for the host, presenters and panellists, with control over who can share a screen, speak or run the deck.

Moderated Q&A and polls

Questions queue for a moderator, answered live or in text. Polls take the room’s temperature and give you something to talk about.

Recording and replay

Record the session and share the replay link with registrants who could not attend, or post it as an on-demand resource.

Attendee reports

Registration, attendance, join and leave times, poll answers and questions asked — exportable for your CRM or follow-up campaign.

Promotion across your channels

Push the registration link by business SMS and email so it reaches clients on the channel they actually read.

Screen and content sharing

Share a deck, an application or a browser tab, with a presenter view your audience does not see.

Common use cases.

Client education sessions

A professional firm runs a monthly session on a topic clients keep asking about, then sends the recording to everyone on the list.

Product demos for prospects

Sales hosts a recurring demo instead of booking twenty separate calls, and follows up only with the people who stayed to the end.

All-staff town halls

Leadership presents to a distributed team, takes moderated questions, and posts the replay for the shift that could not attend live.

Partner and reseller training

Onboard a new partner cohort in one session, with a recording that becomes the training material for the next cohort.

AI summaries and follow-up drafts after a webinar

Conversation intelligence summarizes the session and the questions asked, and an AI workflow drafts a tailored follow-up for each registrant segment and logs attendance in your CRM, ready for the host to review and send.

Setup and migration.

A first webinar is usually planned, rehearsed and delivered inside a couple of weeks. The pattern you settle on gets reused for every session after it.

  1. Define the session and audience

We work out the format, length, who presents and what the registration page needs to ask — public sign-up, client-only, or internal staff.

  2. Build the registration flow

Registration page, confirmation email, calendar invite and reminder schedule are configured and tested with a live sign-up.

  3. Rehearse with the presenters

A dry run with the actual hosts: screen sharing, presenter roles, the Q&A queue and what to do if a presenter drops.

  4. Run it, then follow up

After the session you get the recording and the attendee report, and we set the reusable template for your next one.

AI in this product

AI in webinars

Sessions are captured as transcripts, summaries and follow-ups, and attendee questions are grouped so presenters can answer what matters.

Transcript and recap for attendees

With attendees informed that the session is recorded, each webinar is transcribed and summarized into key points and answered questions, ready to send with the recording once a person approves.

Question grouping during the session

Questions submitted in chat are grouped by topic and duplicates are merged as they arrive, so the presenter or moderator sees what most attendees are asking rather than a scrolling list.

Follow-up drafts by attendee segment

Follow-up messages are drafted separately for attendees, no-shows and those who asked questions, in the language of each registrant, and sent only after a person reviews them.

What is the difference between a webinar and a video meeting?

In a meeting everyone can speak, share and interrupt. In a webinar the presenters control the session: attendees watch and listen, and their participation is channelled through a moderated question queue, chat and polls. Webinars add registration, waiting-room controls and attendance reporting, which matter when the audience is large or when you need to know who attended.

How do attendees register for a webinar?

A registration page collects the details you choose, such as name, email and organization, and sends a confirmation with the join link. Registration can be open or require approval, and reminder emails go out before the session. The registrant list can be exported for your CRM or follow-up, and attendance is matched against it afterward.

Can a webinar be run in both English and French?

Yes. Registration pages, confirmations and slides can be prepared in both languages, and a bilingual moderator can field questions in either. Many organizations prefer to run one session per language so each audience gets a complete presentation. Recordings are kept per session so the right version can be shared with each group.

Frequently asked questions.

A meeting is a conversation where everyone can speak. A webinar is a broadcast: hosts and panellists present, the audience watches, and participation happens through Q&A, chat and polls that a moderator controls.
