When you request a plan, quote, consultation or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, work email, phone number, your answers about your business and any notes you add. We also record the page you arrived from, campaign parameters and the date and time of your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a recommendation or quote and, if you become a customer, set up your service. We send marketing messages only if you have separately opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate this website and our customer-management system, under agreements that limit their use of it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Incomplete plan requests are retained for a limited period so you can resume them, then deleted. Completed requests are retained as part of our customer records.
